We were here for Easter with four people. We were greeted very kindly by Sharon and immediately felt at home. The fresh tulips and the Easter surprise (chocolate eggs and egg dye) were beautiful. Everything was very clean and nicely furnished. I can highly recommend the accommodation!

Sharon is an attentive host, the accommodation is comfortable and located very centrally between the city center and the beach. Everything is within walking distance in just a few minutes. The parking situation is somewhat challenging, even though there is a free parking space available in the parking garage.

We had a wonderful weekend! Everything was tidy and as desired! The house is very centrally located! Everything is easily reachable on foot. Sharon stayed in the summer house during our stay, so she was always available for questions! She also warmly welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine.

Holiday House Zandvoort offers complimentary parking throughout your stay in the covered parking garage LDC Centrum. You will receive a pass from us that allows you to enter and exit.
We prefer to welcome guests in person, but there is always the option for contactless check-in using a key safe.
Check-in is typically from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. However, arrangements can be made upon request.
Yes, when booking our property, a standard security deposit of €500 applies. This deposit will be refunded to your bank account two weeks after departure.
No, there are cancellation fees. The amount depends on the timing of cancellation relative to the booked arrival date.
Yes, all the beds are made. 
Yes, each person is provided with a towel set consisting of one large towel and one small towel. When booking, please specify the number of guests, and we will ensure that a towel set is provided for each person.
Yes, shampoo and shower gel are provided.
